The soothing neutral color palette in this two-bedroom condo sets the perfect tone for your next beach vacation. The views from the 17th floor balcony are best enjoyed with a warm cup of coffee or even a nightcap at the end of a long day. The living room includes a cozy sleeper sofa and access to the balcony through a large sliding glass door. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up the perfect meal. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with island-themed décor and another door leading to a table and chairs out on the balcony. The second room includes two queen beds. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

Property was dated. Furniture in poor condition. Carpet and floors dirty. Dishes and cups chipped, garbage disposal sounds broken. Shower door looks moldy. Plenty of room for 4 people. Paint flaking on balcony rails. Parking confusing. Should warn renters about "owners" spaces. Smokers in other condos ruined outdoor space. Need to offer a discount for veterans, seniors and 1st responders.
