Very spacious property and the two toilets was a bonus! Plenty of space in the living areas, also in two of the three bedrooms. No sea view but a very short walk to the seafront and a pleasant stroll into Kingscote along the coast path. If you were there in very hot weather you might find the bedrooms a bit too warm, ceiling fans would have been welcome. The split system in the living area was very effective. All in all, I would recommend this property.

This unit had everything we needed located in a very quiet street. Extra large bathroom, comfortable bed and lounge. Definitely would stay again.

Our stay at seashells apartment was fantastic, it was close to all amenities and even closer to the beach, had everything for a nice self contained break and the outdoor bbq area was lovely to cook meals and sit down for outdoor dining. Highly recommended!

The house is in a nice spot. Not within walking distance to eateries in the town. The washing machine and dryer were appreciated. However the heating/cooling is only in the lounge, not in the bedrooms. The owner does not respond to communications once you have arrived
