Great location

It was located very close to the beach. Had a nice sea view. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.

The apartment has great potential. Sadly it was dirty. The kitchen utensils (cutlery, water boiler) were dirty. As i asked the owner to change the water boiler because of it, she very kindly said she would the next day. However we never got another one. The toilet looked as if nobody had cleaned it throughly. The pillows from the sofa smelled very bad and sweaty. It would be nice to change them. The second bed cover, which was in the closet, smelled old and unwashed. We know that for the price one can’t expect too much, but aspects like the cleanliness shouldn’t be affected by this.

Nice Vacation in Kallikratia

The owner is very kind and Helpful, in the Studio there is every thing what you need, Balcony, big Balcony on the rooftop, self Check-in, free Parking in front of the Building, I recommend this Studio, and I will back again next summer

New apartments

New building, new aparments , everything you need it has, the host is from serbia its very different from other greek studios with old bads and old furniture. good value for the money.

A lot of buildings nearby, the mattress on bads are very unconfortable and there is no wind to come insade because of other buildings and the ac must to work all time. We were on ground floor. Ask for upper floor for better view and more air and wind.
