The location is convenient in walking distance to the beach and to the town centre. The hosts were friendly and explained the check-in procedure very well. There are restaurants nearby. There is a lift and the apartment is nicely decorated.
The apartment is not 50m from the beach but 150m. Cleanliness could have been a bit better, e.g. fridge, dust on lamps, stains on couch, some mold in bathroom grout joints, sticky handles on kitchen cupboards, stains on walls where previous occupants squashed some of the many annoying mosquitos. The bathroom door is annoying because it scrapes on the tiles. The balcony is only big enough for 2.
