Spacious, airy apartment on fourth floor with commanding views over harbour. It is in a great central location. Historically, this has been a very nice apartment and could be lovely again with some care and attention.

The apartment is tired, not clean, in particular the kitchen, and lacks facilities and functionality. The key to the main entrance was a duplicate and did not operate the lock reliably. On several occasions it took a minute or more to get the key to work. The great location has the drawback that it is very noisy. This is compounded by the lack of air conditioning that requires the windows to be wide open for comfort. Water heater malfunctioned after about 3 minutes use. On each occasion the shower was used the heater cut off and you ended up with a cold finish. Electric sockets broken and off the wall. There is no wifi. Blinds in lounge do not work making it difficult to keep cool whilst the sun is shining in. The oven has three knobs but all markings have been cleaned off so it cannot be verified what each knob does. Fridge was not clean, in particular freezer compartment. Coffee machine of an obsolete type for which pods not available. Despite claim for tea/coffee maker there is no kettle to boil water. Frying pan so distorted that it did not contact the hob and made frying a lottery.
