La ubicación y lo nuevo que está el apartamento reformado. Y que tenga dos baños y dos habitaciones y salón.
No tiene ascensor y la escalera necesita una mano de pintura.

Falta de cubiertos, tuvimos que comprar cucharas y tenedores de plástico. Cocina mal equipada. Falta de intimidad, no tenía cortinas, siempre con persianas bajadas. Mal olor en fregadero de cocina. Una de las camas con sábanas sucias, hubo que lavarlas. Muchísimo olor a humedad en las escaleras y pasillos
Sabanas sucias. Falta de utensilios en la cocina, tuvimos que comprar cubiertos de plásticos. Falta de cortinas, carencia de intimidad, siempre con persianas bajadas. Mal olor en el fregadero de la cocina. Muchísima humedad y olor en las escaleras. Hubo que reclamar varias veces la entrega de las claves del wifi
