The place was very neat and clean,Staff were very polite and welcoming.the view is beautiful.
Nothing much and bad just the lack of wifi connection and a smart TV but we did without it.

It is central point in Port Edward. Value for money. 2 full bathrooms, Separate braai area. Option of house keeping. Safe and secure. Close proximity to Wild Coast Sun.
The parking area and getting to the Villa is not wheel chair friendly, very difficult to get someone that is in a wheelchair from the vehicle to the villa. There is a side entrance but the hotel does not have a key to unlock the chain going across the section of the parking area. Staircase from parking area to Villa G02 does not have hand rails, makes it difficult for the elderly or even if someone is carry a parcel up the stairs.

I liked the apartment ...was very cozy

It's also safe and secure...had a great stay

Bedrooms were neat.
Close proximity to wild coast and shops
Mini Tea station and complimentary toiletries were a nice addition
Constructive Criticism - if furniture is upgraded the stay would be recommended. We had a 83 year old who sunk into the couch because it has lost its support.
The bin drawer was broken with no alternative for refuse disposal.
Kitchen items not provided:
Dishcloths / any kitchen cloth
Braai utensils
A can of doom would be useful for insects and flies
Couches and dining chairs were dirty and should be deep cleaned.
Bottom of drawers are damaged and can be neatened
