The stay is good if you want a cheaper and comfortable place to crash in. Room and facilities are very basic and optimised. The host is keen on charging the customer for anything possible. There is also a security deposit (500 Baht) required which seems unnecessary. There are no options available for dinner but good cafés are at walkable distance. The only reason I will suggest this property for the location.

Nightmare. Waste of money.
They’ll overcharge you and even threaten you with the police when the lady owner isn’t happy.
Worst hotel experience in Thailand.
The lady was not friendly and had a terrible attitude.
She got annoyed when we simply asked how many eggs were served at breakfast. The breakfast only comes with a hot drink. If you ask for a cold one, it costs 20 baht extra which is ridiculous.
When we asked more than two questions, she complained, “Why so many questions?” That’s the kind of hospitality you can expect at this hotel.
Hotels usually charge extra fees upon check-out, but we stayed for 3 nights and the owner couldn’t wait, she charged us on the second day, which felt very uncomfortable and rude.
Other issues:
The AC wasn’t strong and took a long time to cool the room. They were also stingy with shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper. The room came with just one small bottle of water per guest instead of a regular-sized one.
