Check in instructions did not exist - bedroom TV was not working nor was kitchen disposal - these were quickly fixed. Grill and lanai furniture could be updated. When arrived thorn bushes over ran the patio area - had to cut them down for safety purposes - something that easily could have been seen and addressed prior to arrival. Thks

DHP is a very professional management company and easy to communicate with. The home is in a central location to the town squares. Home was as advertised and very clean. Enjoyed all three squares with their nightly music. Husband golfed every day and we took in some exercise classes; i.e., yoga, stretching. Enjoy all that TV has to offer during your stay!!

Good, but living room needs a comfortable chair, recliner or ottoman. Guest bedrooms mattress was saggy, no dresser or tv in guest room.
