A gorgeous remodeled home in the Village of Duval! New bathrooms with walk-in showers, new appliances, new furniture, and new granite countertops. New king beds, linens, and towels. Imported porcelain tile throughout the house, no carpet. High-speed Internet and large flat screen TVs in all bed rooms plus living room. House is not childproofed. GOLF CART NOT INCLUDED!
Golf carts are the preferred vehicle of choice by man to get around The Villages. Golf carts are not provided and must be rented on your own. Fortunately, there are local rental places to check out with most of them being able to deliver and pick up carts right to the house! Cars are also perfectly okay. Cars may be parked in the garage, the driveway, or along the street.
This spry community was built for the adults aged 55 and over. There are numerous recreation centers and amenities to choose from in this ever-expanding community that's filled with golf courses, tennis courts, pools (including sport pools), pickle ball, country clubs, squares, and so much more! This tight-knit community offers so much!
Please note that outdoor areas of the property are under surveillance. There are ZERO cameras INSIDE the house. ALL devices are OUTSIDE! They exist purely for security purposes. There’s 1 camera above the driveway(front of house exterior) to face the street and driveway, 1 camera on the left wall adjacent from the front door that faces the porch area and of course the front door, 1 camera on the left side and 1 camera on the right side of the house's exterior to view sides of the house, 1 camera above the backyard (back of the house exterior) that faces street behind house and backyard, and 1 camera in the left side corner of lanai. Security cameras are NOT monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety!
Also note that this listing follows the Firm Cancellation policy. To summarize, as long as you cancel a reservation 60 days before check-in, you will get a full refund! Cancelling between 30-60 days before check-in will result in a 50% refund. Otherwise, no refund!

We enjoyed our stay. House was exactly as it appeared on-line. Everything in perfect working order. House was very clean. I appreciate the small details like the charging stations on the nightstands. Would definitely stay again.
