This 3BR/2BA courtyard villa in the Village of Pinellas is in a great location! Close to Brownwood town square, a grocery shopping plaza with restaurants, two pools nearby. One of the many community pools is a short walk from the home. Pickleball, rec centers, and Evans Prairie Country Club are also a short cart ride away.
Home features include Lanai with television, king size bed in master with TV, master walk-in closet, bedroom two has queen bed and television, bedroom three has queen bed, dining table for 4 with 2 bar seats, inside laundry, enclosed fenced in privacy, no carpet in home - tile and wood flooring. Smart TV in master and smart TV in living room area. Outside television is Fire Tv.
This is an adult community for persons 55 years of age. Those under the age of 19 may be permitted to visit for a period not to exceed 30 days in any calendar year.
Village IDs are not required to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy some of the many amenities available to you as a renter (including the pool), you will need a Villages ID. If requested, IDs will be available for you to pick up at the Brownwood Sales Center.
As a courtesy, the Villages Daily Sun will be delivered daily, if requested.

Garage Door openers $50.00 each

Of note: Golf cart is available for use as a courtesy. If for any reason the cart does not function mechanically, you will not be given a replacement. You will be responsible for renting your own cart.

We loved this rental property! The house was beautiful and so well-stocked. I was very impressed that the kitchen had everything that we could possibly need for our stay. We haven’t had that with other rental properties. The enclosed yard was great for our little dog. We would love to stay here again!
