Welcome to our tropical oasis! This renovated 3-bed, 2-bath home offers a fresh & stylish retreat. Enjoy a newly painted interior, a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, & updated bathrooms with new tiles & vanities. The master features a king bed with TV, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds. Park 2 cars and enjoy amenities like central AC, WiFi, Roku TV, & laundry. 3 miles from the airport & cruise port, Las Olas, & Downtown, 4 miles from the beach. Min age 25, NO SMOKING.
The Space:
This extensively renovated home offers a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The living room features a new genuine leather couch and a 65" TV with Roku. Both bathrooms are fully renovated, one with a tub and the other with a stand-up shower. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, new furniture, a TV with Roku, and ample closet space. The second and third bedrooms offer queen beds, new furniture, and closet space. Linens, towels, and essential supplies are provided. Enjoy the private backyard with a gas grill, outdoor dining set. Washer, dryer, are available to use in the carport.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire homes besides the owners closet and the shed in the back.
The Neighborhood:
Edgewood is an up and coming neighborhood with a convenient location for the airport, cruise port, beaches, downtown, restaurants, and shopping. Located between US1 and i95 gives this location easy access to major highways with easy access to places such as downtown Miami (20 miles), Boca Raton (20 Miles), and various other locations
Getting Around:
Easiest way to get around in Fort Lauderdale would be uber/lyft.

-Estimated time of Arrival and Departure
-The full names of each guest and upload each guest's ID to the platform so we can register them.
-Please be aware that every guest staying at the home must be over the age of 25 unless they are being accompanied by a parent.
-Animals are subject to approval and an additional pet fee please confirm the type animal and breed prior to booking so I can register them. Any unregistered animals will be subjected to a $750 non compliance fee and possible cancellation of reservation with no refund.
-If you are bringing a service animal please notify me at the time of booking so I can register them. If you are traveling with a service animal you acknowledge the animal will not be left alone in my home.
-Please be aware there are security cameras on the exterior of the premises.

Cozy home and backyard with plush foliage. We were provided with all necessary essentials to meet our personal needs. The owner even made himself available for any other requests and followed up to ensure that our needs were met. The owner was receptive to our two mini-Aussie girls staying with us.
