Il manque un ou deux ventilateurs ou des ventilateurs de plafonds (appartement sous les toits sans climatisation) pour la période estivale. Il manque un peu de vaisselle pour les amateurs de cuisine (verres à vin, plats de service, saladiers, carafe à eau)

Lage und Aussicht ein Traum das Appartement und die Betreuung vor Ort unterdurchschnittlich.

Die Lage und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Betten sehr bequem

Verwalterin nicht erreichbar. Habe angerufen und auf die Mailbox gesprochen und per Chat im Portal geschrieben. Keinerlei Rückmeldung. Uns wurde z.Bsp nicht gesagt dass zu dem Appartement feste Liegen am Pool gehören. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns daher willkürlich 4 Liegen und 2 Sonnenschirme genommen. Es dauerte nicht lange bis eine der Eigentümer kamen und uns zurechtwiesen und auf 3 Liegen und einen Schirm gezeigt haben. Aus diesem Grund wollte ich die Verwalterin kontaktieren und fragen woher ich eine vierte Liegemöglichkeit bekomme. Mittlerweile weiss ich dass zu dem Appartement tatsächlich nur 3 Liegen und 1 Schirm gehören. Das Appartement ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt. Mir ist unerklärlich wie man hier nur 3 Liegen und 1 Schirm bereit stellt. Wir haben auch wie ausgemacht ca. 45 Minuten vor Ankunft der Verwalterin eine SMS geschickt damit diese genug Zeit hat vor uns in der Unterkunft zu sein. Diese hat sie nicht gelesen, ich musste sie nochmals anrufen als wir angekommen sind. Im übrigen waren wir fast auf die Minute da wie tags zuvor angekündigt. Nachdem die Verwalterin uns dann schnell abgefertigt und wie sich rausstelle einiges an Infos vergessen hat ist sie wieder verschwunden. Erst dann haben wir bemerkt dass im gesamten Appartement kein Strom war. Mussten dann erst die Sicherungen suchen und einschalten. Vorgekühlter Kühlschrank für unsere in der Kühlbox mitgebrachten Lebensmittel war also auch nicht vorhanden. Waschmaschine war wie angekündigt vorhanden aber keine Möglichkeit zum aufhängen. Wir haben 2 mal gewaschen und haben die nassen Sachen überall in der Wohnung zum trocknen verteilt. Wunderschöner Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht aber keine vernünftige oder bequeme Sitz oder Liegemöglichkeit vorhanden. Nur normale Stühle. In 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer kein Schrank vorhanden. Nur eine Kleiderstange mit zu wenig Bügel. D.h das meiste musste im offenen Koffer bleiben. Klobürste in einem der 2 Bäder in ekeligem Zustand.
