Location is great.
The unit is older and worn but cute.
I liked the kitchen; black granite tile & white cabinets & it was fully equipped.
The view of the lake from the living and dining rooms is pretty.
The couch was fine, no problems as mentioned in other reviews.
Big TV!
The key code instructions were confusing. I get a message with a 4-digit code in bold and then when this doesn't work, I read farther and it talks about a 10-digit code, which finally worked. We were required to enter a 10-digit code every time we came and went. Too long, 4 digits is easily memoizable, not 10!
The biggest problem of all is the plumbing noise in the middle of the night, especially in the rear bedroom. There is constantly water flowing through noisy pipes and some sort of pump activating constantly in the wall where the bed headboard is!
We switched to the other bedroom at 4 am since we were not able to sleep with ear plugs.
The other bedroom was less noisy, but still noisy.
You can hear people walking around in the unit above you, quite loudly also.

The location of this rental is perfect. Quick walk to downtown and water access for our kayaks.
As a previous review stated, the living room furniture is in desperate need of replacing. We avoided sitting on it. Also the front door didnt close well unless you slammed it shut. Thankfully the neighbors didnt complain. That said, we would still consider staying again as the location outweighed the poor furniture.

Location was awesome! Loved being close to downtown and Schweitzer where we skied.
It was noisy with the heat and water going off and on all night.

We liked the unit's proximity to great shopping and restaurants. It was also a great spot for us as skiers.
Housekeeping. A layer of dust under the long cabinet on which the TV sat with two dried-out muffins and popcorn.
Kitchen: Pots and pans with the non-stick coating so scratched we didn't want to cook in them--not wanting to have that in our food. One of the two pendant lights over the island kept going on and off without us doing anything.
Noise: The sump pump or some sort of equipment is directly under the front bedroom. It runs off and on all night.

Location.
1 - Having to use ear plugs to sleep at night because the heating system right below the bedrooms was so noisy it woke us both up. This was supposed to be vacation, I hate sleeping with ear plugs!!!
2 - We arrived in the evening and the main light to go down the outdoor steps was burned out. We found this dangerous and unwelcoming in the snow and ice of Sandpoint, IDAHO.
3 - We called Vacasa (the property management company) to explain our problems and no one ever called us back.
4 - The blinds in the main living area are see through at night and there is no curtain for the main sliding glass door. We felt we had very little privacy in the primary living space.
5 - The furniture is beat, the sofa caves in to the middle and is not comfortable for two people to sit on.
6 - Luckily the neighbor upstairs was only home one night, but we could hear their every move as soon as they walked from one room to the next. The building has a noise insulation problem (re: #1 - noise from heating system).
7 - Overall this place felt like the quality of a college dorm room but your paying $300/night.
8 - $300/night was a rip off for a 10-day stay in the hopes of some R&R.

Great walking location to downtown and parks. The space and layout were wonderful. The water view from the living area is peaceful.
The furnishings still look good but the livingroom seating and one bed was sagging and not comfy.
