This brand new build is in the heart of South Sandpoint. No detail was overlooked on this apartment. You’ll find everything you need in this modern farmhouse style cottage. The boat launch and Memorial Field is less than 2 blocks away. Enjoy The Festival at Sandpoint with either a short walk or listen from the deck. We enjoyed our time in Sandpoint. The apartment was super comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was wonderful!! The location is very convenient to town. The owners allowed us to have a late checkout so my husband could take a business call. Thanks Matt and Malia for a great stay.

Clean, comfortable, and in a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. The hosts were warm, friendly and helpful, ant the bed very comfortable. It all made for an amazing stay.
