The perfect new modern home to enjoy a relaxing stay in Sandpoint. This home is situated in a small neighborhood that's only a few minutes drive to the heart of downtown Sandpoint or about 30 minutes to the top of Schweitzer. This home is newly furnished. It hosts a lovely wrap-around porch; dining area inside or out; air conditioning in the summer and coziness in the winter. A wonderful place to make warm lake-filled memories or cozy wintertime ski slope adventures.
The home is a private ADU situated behind the main home the owners reside in. It was completed and newly listed in the summer of 2023. The house is supplied with all you will need to comfortably sleep 8. There are three bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen-sized bed, and two fold-out twin-sized sleeping beds in the living room, perfect for kids or adventurous grown-ups.
