La location s’est bien déroulé dans son ensemble, mais parcontre niveau sécurité il manque des choses a faire, notamment la clôture et le portail car n’importe qui peut rentrer, et du faites de l´emplacement de la piscine et de l’entrée impossible de savoir si quelqu’un est entre ou non...!
Au niveau du confort, il manque la climatisation car c’est un four à l’interieur Surtout en période de grosse chaleur, c’est vraiment dommage même une seule climatisation suffirait dans le salon pour l’ ensemble de la maison.
Sinon tout le’ reste etait ok.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus hatte eine gute Ausstattung (inkl. scharfe Messer) und es fehlte uns nichts. Die Aussenanlage, insbesondere den Pool, haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen und es fand sich immer ein Plätzchen im Schatten. Die Nachbarschaft war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und wurde vor nicht allzulanger Zeit komplett renoviert, inkl. neuer Bäder, Küch, Möbilierung, neuer Terasse mit Pool. Man findet alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, war eine vernünftige Couch, da wir die ersten Tage sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter hatten und viel Zeit im Haus verbringen mussten. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Beimann war vorbildlich, wir mussten bei Mails usw. nie lange auf eine Antwort warten. Bis auf das Wetter waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.
