Nestled on the mountainside of the San Juan River Resort, this attractive mountain retreat, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with Studio above the garage for a 4th bedroom and 3rd 3/4 bath has magnificent views and is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area and 10 minutes from Pagosa Springs. Pets allowed with permission.

The studio has a double w/3/4 bath. The home has large windows, a large, covered front porch, and a wrap around deck for enjoying the breathtaking views.
