Absolutely loved the location and the size was perfect for our family.
We were given 3 different codes and 1 of the codes worked once, after that none of them would work. The carpet was wet when we got there, I’m assuming it was just shampooed but the house stunk because of it for the first two days. One of the upstairs bedrooms had dog hair all over the sheets and they appeared like they hadn’t been washed. The trash cans weren’t empty when we got there so there wasn’t enough room for all of our trash. I emailed the host but never got an answer back. Although we had a few issues, we would still recommend and come back. Hopefully the issues are resolved for the next group.

I liked the size of the rental. It was perfect for my family. We loved having the pond right there. Didn’t know u needed a special permit to fish there though.
When we arrived the home was dirty. We had to wash the bathrooms before using the toilets or showers. The kitchen was gross. The stove and vent fan were covered with grease and food. The ds toilet wouldn’t flush. I messaged evolve the host said she would send someone out asap. Nobody ever showed( this was the first day, we were there 7 days). We tried to put garbage out in the cans(3cans). They were all full, so we waited and again I contacted the host. She said someone would be there the next day. I said no we needed to put the garbage out and asked if she wanted me to just leave it on the ground near the cans. She said no she would come get the garbage. She only took a couple of bags (maggots were everywhere). We only had room to put 2 garbage bags in the cans.
There are a lot of light switches in the home but only a few working lights. The majority of the lighting did not work!

The size n availability . House was beautiful and rooms were comfortable. Check in was easy breezy
Propane tanks were empty. I rented for the firepit n grill. Didn't get to use either. Hot water was scarce. Water would get cold very quickly.
