Less than a mile from the beach! This property has been completely renovated within the last year and is absolutely gorgeous. Summer 2019 weeks and weekends now booking! Please call or email to get in the schedule.
This house has been recently updated and renovated within the last year. The house sits on a secluded side street in the town of Rye less than a mile from the beach. Relax inside by the hearth or custom kitchen, or you can sit outside on the mahogany deck overlooking the private back yard. The home features one large master bedroom with a king bed and oversized custom bath. Additionally there is a bunk room and an entertainment room with a large screen smart tv, nintendo wii, and a large couch. The house is ideally situated just minutes from the pristine beaches of Rye and a just a 10 minute drive to Portsmouth. The home is great for family seacoast getaways or for small to medium sized groups.

As always, an excellent stay. House was spotless and very well stocked - sharpest knives I’ve ever found in a rental kitchen. We had a small issue working one of the TVs the first night and Ernest was extremely responsive and helpful.

This place was great and met all of our needs. It was well supplied and the host was very good about getting back to us about any concerns or questions we had. We have already booked it for next year and can’t wait to visit again!
