Beautiful countryhouse in the Tiber Valley, in Tuscany, not far from Anghiari "one of the most beautiful villages in Italy". Close to Umbria, it is the perfect starting point for visiting both the regions.

Apartment at the ground floor with a big garden, olive grove, carpot for two cars inside the fence, gazebo with table and benches, livingroom-kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms (triple room, quadruple room and double room).

The triple room has a independent door to the garden, a double bed and a single bed.
The quadruple room has a double bed and two single beds. It has a independent door to the garden too. The double room has a double bed.

The living room kitchen has a microwave oven, cookers, fridge. There's a TV and a sofa. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.

The wi-fi is FREE. It works also under the gazebo. There's an electric socket here, so is possible using a laptop with the Internet here.

There are a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 9 sleeps. Children under 6 y.o. do not pay!
