Perfect for a rest away from the rush of the city

Beautiful surroundings and scenery, a room with a small kitchenette, kept in an antique style. Polite and helpful owners.

Noises from the next room heard through the internal door separating the two rooms. My room was not covered by free wifi.

Superb

The kindness of the complete staff!! Everyone was very helpful and Anna is amazing! The communication by WhatsApp for any kind of information /question was very useful. We always got an answer back almost immediately. The kitchen and the whole apartment is well equipped. We enjoyed the silence and the wonderful view/sunset very much! Thank you all for an amazing stay!

Just a few little things: no shadow at the parking and when it is complete full there are not enough sunbeds. The isolation between the apartments could be better.

Charming people

Man konnte dort zu Abend essen und musste nicht nochmal wegfahren. Sehr nette ältere Dame die kocht und "managed", hübsche junge Frau die den Service macht und perfekt ergänzt. In der Nachsaison war das Zimmer senstionell günstig und es gab sogar eine funktionierende Heizung.

Zimmer/Bad ein bisschen "über dem Datum", aber letztendlich alles ok und im Verhältnis zum Preis passt alles.

Tranquillità e natura al top!

Uni dei posti più belli dove ho soggiornato! Tranquillità assoluta, verde ovunque e un gatto bellissimo ad accogliermi... Il top! Peccato ci sono stato solo una notte! Lo consiglio a chi, come me, ama la tranquillità, il verde e la natura in generale... Mi è stata proposta anche la cena ma purtroppo dovevo incontrare amici che non vedevo da tempo... Ma sono più che sicuro che si mangia benissimo... Ah, dimenticavo, oltre al gatto, mi ha accolto anche una signora molto gentile e simpatica 😂💙

Tutto meraviglioso! Personale disponibilissimo e cordiale, atmosfera rilassante e confortevole, spazi ampi e arredati con gusto in appartamento fornito di tutto, zona molto molto bella in cui stare (campagna bellissima a meno di 10 Min di macchina da fabriano), cucina eccellente.

Un angolo di paradiso. Facile da raggiungere. Camere ampie, pulitissime e staff davvero gentile e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Ci si sente a casa. Ristorante molto buono.

Hat uns gefallen.

Die gesamte Anlage war sehr schön gepflegt und einladend - insbesondere der Pool. Die Wohnung ist der groß und hat einen schönen Bergblick.

Kein WLAN in den Wohnungen und kein Smart TV.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti da Fabriano, a mezz'ora da Gubbio e grotte di Frasassi, ma comunque fuori dal traffico e dalla confusione, circondata dagli alberi e dal canto degli uccellini!

Da migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle stanze. Aggiungeremmo delle zanzariere.

la cortesia del personale, la piscina, ampi spazi verdi

Da migliorare il wifi, la mia camera era piccolina e scura (calcedonio), l'assenza di zanzariere non ha favorito la luce e l'aria nelle camere anche perchè dotate di ventilatore e non condizionatore

non abbiamo fatto colazione non perché la struttura non fosse di nostro gradimento è stata una scelta per farla fuori dalla struttura. la struttura è piaciuta a tutta la famiglia sicuramente ci torneremo
