About this apartment rental
Thanks to the Army Corp of Engineers they just completed the beach restoration (conducted every 10yrs). The Beach just tripled in size!!!
Beachfront condo with amazing unobstructed 180-degree view of the gorgeous Emerald Coast. When you open the front door, you immediately feel a sense of relaxation. The condo has not been rented previously and was recently renovated with high-quality appointments.

Please activate the lock when you leave by touching the Schlage name above the keypad. We also have a Ring doorbell that has a camera sensor and a speaker for you to communicate with us upon arrival, if necessary.

First off the communication from John and Lisa is wonderful! The place is incredible with beautiful views! Lots of room, any amenities we needed, and better than we ever expected. The complex isn’t crowded at all and beautiful beaches with easy access! We will be back 100%! Thanks John and Lisa for everything!

John and Lisa’s property is absolutely beautiful! They provided everything we needed for a comfortable trip. They were in constant communication with us since day one and made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back!
