Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

Recently added, a third bedroom has been added that features children's bunkbed. They bunks are 63 inches long. The top bunk ONLY supports up to 100 pounds as does the ladder to the top bunk. This condo didn't have reviews and I usually never book one unless they do so lesson learned. The carpet was stained, the showers wouldn't drain unless plunged (they did send someone to snake the drain but it still didn't work well) and they had sensors under the sinks to detect moisture and if so, would shut off the water to the entire unit. The sensors were very flawed as there was not any moisture, whatsoever, in the condo but yet our water was shut off 4 different times. When we called the owner, they addressed it quickly, even at 2 am, but it became a nuisance. They did send someone to look at the sensors but still didn't work afterwards. Also, the bunk beds were in the laundry room and were not full length so we couldn't sleep with our legs straight, they had to be bent. Knives were very dull in kitchen so was difficult to chop vegetables. The building was certainly old and needed some updates. The ironing board in master didn't have a pad on it so had to use a towel. The tv did have access to apps which we liked. The light in the living room would never turn off but would dim so the person sleeping on the pullout couch had a light on all night.
