About this apartment rental
Your holiday home is an optimal mix of quiet location and diverse entertainment with many attractions in the vicinity.
In a very nice, spacious apartment you have plenty of space and no tight feeling as it is usual in the apartments.
Apartment_2 for 4 + 1 persons is located in the 2. Floor and has a special charm, as it is partly studio-like and has very high sloping walls. In a very large room that almost goes over the whole house, is located on one side beautiful large kitchen and on the other side a large complete bedroom. This large room has its own door and the sleeping area can be separated with a curtain if required.
If you like to cook, in the kitchen you will find everything you need: ceramic hob (4 plates) with oven, coffee machine, microwave, blender, toaster and of course necessary dishes. An extra bedroom with a double bed is of course also available. This bedroom has its own exit to the beautiful round balcony with sea view. In the living area you can comfortably watch on two sofas satellite TV or listen to music. You still have a beautiful covered balcony at the back of the house to the garden. The kitchen also has a small balcony.
The sunset is particularly beautiful on a round balcony with sea views and a glass of wine. If it is too warm, you can of course turn on air conditioning or on the covered balcony to the garden retreat with a book.
Our garden with barbecue area (for shared use) offers a cozy atmosphere as a holiday enjoyment. The beautiful and large outdoor shower in the garden (shared use) offers a special treat of freedom after a long day of swimming in the sea.
You have 1 parking space per apartment in the yard per apartment
Our house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a small quiet place, in a beautiful bay only about 7 km south of the town "Sibenik". Sibenik is a very beautiful old town which was first mentioned in 1066 in a document. There are many sights here. The Cathedral of St. James (sv. Jakov) belongs to the list of World Heritage by UNESCO. The old town consists of many narrow and with many steps to the sea created lanes with many cozy restaurants, ice cream parlors and small shops that invite you to town-Bumeln.
There are still many nice destinations that are offered such. B. Boat trips to the Kornati island or Krka waterfalls, where you can drive Krka waterfalls also by car, which are only 20 km away from us.
The well-known resorts Vodice and Primosten are only about 15 to 20 km away from us.
Diving center is only 5 km away - Hotel complex 'Solaris'.
In the immediate vicinity there are many different sports and recreational opportunities that you for a fee in
Claim.
In Zaboric on site we have 2 grocery stores that are well equipped for your daily needs - mom and pop shop. In the immediate vicinity (about 5 km) are Lidl, Kaufland, 2 large shopping centers with bank, ATM, post office, restaurants, various boutiques, cinema and large and very well equipped grocery stores where really everything is to be found. The shopping centers and most shops are open until the 22nd and part-time until midnight. The grocery stores are open on Sundays and public holidays until 8pm.
Fresh bread is even delivered daily in front of our house with a station wagon and Saturdays fish, fruit and vegetables ... The market with the fish hall in Sibenik is open every day, even on holidays and Sundays until about 12 o'clock.
If you want to try the Croatian cuisine, a short walk (by foot) along the sea and you will find a few restaurants (open seasonally) in about 200-400 meters from our house.
The bed linen you get provided by us and the towels are to bring along.
If someone should arrive by plane, we are happy to provide the towels for a small fee.
Transfer from and to the airport is possible - on request and for a fee!
We are in a convenient location as we are in the middle of 2 airports and both are served by low cost airlines:
Zadar (ZAD) approx. 70 km away
Split (SPU) about 50 km away
Our house consists of 3 units and in one of them we / landlords are accommodated.
On arrival and departure Saturday is also possible on request -
Check-in: after 16:00 Check-out: until 10:00
Pets are not allowed - we have to take the allergies and other guests into consideration!

Rada und Eugen sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter bei denen man sich von Anfang an zuhause fühlt! Die Lage ist super, nur kurze Wege zum Strand. Immer wieder überraschen Rada und Eugen uns mit netten kulinarischen Aufmerksamkeiten und wertvollen Tips. Ein toller und entspannter Urlaub für die ganze Familie!

Wir haben bei Rada und Eugen einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung war super und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und mit hilfreich Tipps versorgt, wo man am besten Geld tauscht, wo man essen gehen kann und ähnliches. Ich kann jedem einen Urlaub hier, uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
