Nice house - quiet location - only 2 apartments - sea view - approx. 30 m to the beach

Your vacation home is an optimal mix of quiet location and diverse entertainment with many sights in the surrounding area. In a very nice, spacious apartment you have a lot of space and no tightness as is common in the apartments. You have 2 beautiful and large closed bedrooms with 2 double beds (160 x 200) where 4 people can relax comfortably. Both bedrooms have access to the beautiful balcony with a sea view. In your living-dining room we have a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed if required. On the extraordinarily beautiful and very large balcony with sea view, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine and leave everyday life behind. There is a small balcony at the back of the house facing the garden, where you can also celebrate your coffee, breakfast or whatever. If it is too warm outside, you can retire to a book on a deck chair on your balcony or in your air-conditioned room with a book under a large parasol. Maybe watch a good movie in the living room (satellite TV available) or surf the internet (WiFi), maybe share your holiday experiences with someone. On 65 square meters, 4 people can comfortably set up and in exceptions for one person, a sofa in the living room would have to be converted into a sleeping place. In your new and well-equipped kitchen with 4-ring ceramic hob with oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer everything is there to shape your cooking skills. Our garden with barbecue area (for shared use) offers a cozy atmosphere as a holiday pleasure. The outdoor shower in the garden (shared use) offers a special treat after a long day bathing in the sea. You have one parking space in the courtyard per apartment.

Apartment_1 is located on the 1st Floor and is optimally equipped for 4 people. You can spend pleasant nights in 2 separate and spacious bedrooms with 2 large French beds, air conditioning and mosquito nets on windows and doors. In the very nice kitchen you will find everything you need: oven, microwave, 4 hot plates, a slightly larger fridge with freezer, mixer, coffee machine, kettle and of course the necessary dishes. For the fifth person, a sofa bed in the living-dining area can be converted into a sleeping place. The balcony with sea view is particularly beautiful, unusually large and even equipped with 2 loungers and a parasol. From here, the sunset remains unforgettable with a glass of wine. A small balcony to the garden is also available. The grill and outdoor shower in the garden are of course intended for shared use. We have reserved a parking space in the courtyard for you.

Our house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a small quiet place, in a beautiful bay only about 7 km south of the city "Sibenik". Sibenik is a very beautiful old town which was first mentioned in a document in 1066. There are many sights to see here. The Cathedral of St. Jacob (sv. Jakov) is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The old town consists of many narrow streets with many steps to the sea with many cozy restaurants, ice cream parlors and small shops that invite you to stroll around the city.
There are still many beautiful excursion destinations available, such as: B. Boat trips to Kornati Island or Krka Waterfalls, whereby you can also drive to Krka Waterfalls, which are only 20 km away from us.
The famous resorts of Vodice and Primosten are only about 15 to 20 km away from us.
Diving center is only 5 km away from us - hotel complex 'Solaris'.
In the hotel complex and the surrounding area, many different sports and leisure activities are offered, which you can take advantage of for a fee.

In Zaboric on site we have 2 grocery stores that are well equipped for everyday needs - corner shop. About 7 km further are Lidl, Kaufland and 2 large shopping centers with bank, ATM, post office, restaurants, various boutiques, cinema, large and very well-stocked grocery stores where everything can be found. The shopping centers and most shops are open until 10 p.m. and sometimes midnight in the season. The grocery stores are open until 8 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays.
Fresh bread is even delivered daily in front of our house with a station wagon and Saturdays fish, fruit and vegetables ... The market with the fish hall in Sibenik is open every day, even on public holidays and Sundays until around 12 noon.

If you want to try Croatian cuisine, take a short walk (on foot) along the sea and you will find the nearest restaurants (open seasonally) in about 100 - 400 meters from our house.

You get the bed linen from us and bring the towels.
If someone should come by plane, we can provide the towels for a small fee.

Transfer from and to the airport is possible - on request and for a fee!
We are in a convenient location because we are located in the middle of two airports and both are served by low-cost airlines:
Zadar (ZAD) approx. 70 km away
Split (SPU) approx. 50 km away

Our house consists of 3 units and one of them are
we / landlord accommodated.

On the day of departure and departure, Saturday is normal or may be different on request.
Check-in: after 4 p.m. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed - we also have to be considerate of allergy sufferers!
