Absolutely pleased with our stay :)

Spotless apartment, very well equipped and location perfect , you have everything within walking distance, absolutely stunning beach. And a lovely swimming pool. I highly recommend this place and I will be staying again next year.

Make sure you close doors and windows at night time as it is a region with lots of mosquitos

Perfect stay with kind hosts

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect time spent in perfect place.

Very kind hosts, clear and well equipped apartment with air conditioning, beautiful garden and pool you don't want to leave. Additionally nice neighbourhood, a good starting point for tourist attractions or cities.

I can't remember any negative aspects of stay there. :)

Great apartment by the beach with pool in a very nice village.

Very nice and clean apartment 100m from the sea shore and with a very nice pool. The apartments has everyghing you expect, especially a good airconditioning unit. Very friendly owners. Zaboric has a very nice and clean beach with some good bars and restaurants. There are also some nice tourist attractions close by like KRKA national park, Primosten, Zadar etc.

Decent place, but not value for a money

Well first of all I want to mention, that the hosts were really amazing. They were helpful and kind to us. We got a gift - bottle of local wine. Apartment itself was ok. Pool was nice. Free parking was ok, maybe was too hard to use it, since it was packed. There was a grocery shop, close the apartment. I have made a video of this place which is stored on youtube channel "MBVD Channel". Video name "Apartments Pralija, Zaboric, Croatia". Hope it helps :)

Here is the list what I didn't like. First of all price - it was too expensive for what we got (comparing to other properties). Apartment was on the ground floor and it had A/C. But the problem was, that others room AC external block was mounted in very close to our room balcony. And this noise was driving us crazy. The problem, that you can not control it, since it depends on neighbors (who are using A/C). There were a lot of mosquitos and no protection nets on the windows. Actually on the room walls we found blood spot's . Seaside was and the beach was close, but not actually not very clean. We were able to pay cash only.

Excellent location, good and convinient appartment furnished in modern stile, cool terace with sea and oposite coast view. We really enjoyed for 4 nights! We recommend for sure!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight: sehr schön angelegt und ideal zum Abkühlen an warmen Tagen. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und in einem top Zustand. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich rundum willkommen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder

Siamo stati una sola notte ma ci siamo trovati benissimo,

La casa si presenta pulita e ben arredata, vicino al mare e ai ristoranti. Il mare limpido. Parcheggio sotto casa. Non abbiamo più spostato la macchina perché non era necessario
