The only thing that was okey was the location..

It was a mess, first night we came late and he move us idk 500 m away in other app because you made some mistakes and the booking from us went wrong with the other or he just said that we don't know. The next day when we came back at 11 am he said that it's not ready yet because something came between but will be in half an hour. First day the owner also said that the next day we will get everything at 8 am and it was a lie too. We actual came back at around 5pm and he said that it's still not ready so we told him to gime back money and he didn't want to but at the end he gave back only 200€. Because it's your commission like 150 and he said that he was very generous. We pay another app 250€ and was alot better

great swimming pull, after renovation, good location

Our stay at your rental accommodation was fantastic, even though we arrived late at around 9:00 PM, we were greeted warmly. The thoughtful touch of providing mosquito repellent was appreciated. The accommodation was impeccably clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable night. We particularly enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained pool area. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again next time.

While our stay was overall pleasant, if we were to stay longer, we might encounter minor issues. However, nothing detracted from our enjoyment during our time there.

ok, but we expected more for the price

apartment’s location and bathroom

We didn’t like the fact that owners live in the building (You have to go near their dining table to reach your apartment). It was also messy (thrash everywhere around their table and lots of their personal items). Balcony is not in the room - you have to go across the hall to reach it.

Awesome holiday

We had amazing family holiday here. First thing you see on arrival is pool, nice and clean. We had poolside appartement. Kids 11 and 6 slept on folding sofa bed (didnt hear anybcomplaints)+ we had double bed. Bedroom is fitted with very effective air condition. Bathroom clean and very nice, huge shower. Kitchen small with not much working space, but still managed to cook up some family meals. Through ot appartement plenty of storage options, everything clean and well kept. Owner very very nice. Speaking multiple languages, with fluent english. They are lovely family with friendly son (cca 8 years old), who often play with kids of guests. They live in one of the appartements so you always find someone if you need help. Lovely cleaning lady was there every day, keeping poolside tidy and clean among other things. Location is within walking distance (max 10 min) to city center, or to the beach (pebbles with crystal clear water). Shops even closer with plenty of options (plodine, tommy, konzum, bure centar shopping mall close by, kaufland and lidl bit further. Even auto sevice garage is on same street in case of any car trouble. Emergency is also very close if (god forbid) needed. Biograd is great place for family vacation with plenty of options how to spend every day. We recommend: visit Biograds old town and promenade with plenty of food stalls, restaurants, gift shops, even some fun fair rides, take all day boat trip to Cornati national park(you ll find plenty of options in port), visit funpark Mirnovec (with aquapark being built right now, opening 2023), take a ferry to Tkon on Pašman island, visit Vransko jezero and drive up to Kamenjak view point for amazing view of whole area, close by also Zadar for walks, sightsseeing, even great for shopping, great beach for kids in Sukošan (shallow water even far from shore), sand beach in Nin (also must visit old town and salt works, and much much more....

Only "negative" is parking. Theres plenty space, can fit 8 cars and its off main road, so thats all big thumbs up. But four cars park in the back, behind four front cars. So you have to think ahead. If you use car every day as we did (visiting different beach and town every day), park in front of other car so you wont be blocked. It only takes common sense. But also, owner is very helpfull with this and often organised who parked where, if needed.

The owners were helpul and friendly. The location was great nearby restaurants and bars and supermarket close by.The pool was lovely and apartments modern and clean.We would stay again

Great plae, with very friendly hosts, we loved our stay at this property.

The property is a brand new building, with swimming pool and great big balcony. When we arrived o a place, the apartment was clean and ready for us. The swimming pool is nice, clean and quite large. Balcony has great sofa and wide area for chilling.

Dirty, dusty, unfinished, very low standards, we have rather booked another accomodation w/o refund

We have decided to book this apartment due to excelent reviews and sligtly higher price (100 EUR/night) - which together usually indicate high standard appartment. Unfortunatelly our dissapointment could barely be bigger.

So what we actually found when getting to place: - a lots of dirt and dust in almost every corner/cabinet or wherever you take a look - a lots of yellow watter scale/stone through the shower and toilet - old bed sheets with many holes - no towels for shower, really aged hand-towels - swimming pool with bare concrete around (instead of normal pavement) - a "pool-front" apartment with view on the parked vehicles (from the bottom) - a 4cm live cocroach as a bonus We came quite late after daylong trip and were extremely hungry so we haven't raised our dissatisfaction immediatelly and went for dinner. At the end it takes some time to decide what to do in such situation - it was after long time since we got such bad accomodation. We came late from dinner and decided that next morning we'll try to solve this situation by negotiating the cancellation options. Our suggestion was that we'll pay the night we spent there and take refund for the remaining two. Unfortunatelly owners refused to accept our objections. She said that the apartment was clean and that all the dirt was brought by us. After showing dirty corners where we technically couldn't bring dirt she said that those places can't be cleaned all the time and there must be such dirt also in our house. At the end we came to the opinion that we have clearly completely opposite standards for what is clean and what isn't. Even tho we got an offer of another (smaller, not cleaned yet) apartement, we have refused it as it would very likely be same. So we have left without refund and took some other apartement for 100/night. The owners of this place clearly miss sense for what is an accomodation standard for 21st century. Beside the total lack of cleaniness there are many other less serious flaws (such as no decoration items, no flowers, no pavement around pool, dusty parking). Many things are just somehow randomly flung together.

Just right

Everything was clean, shower and balcony are large, the owner is incredibly responsive, and even the balcony furniture was comfortable. Location is close to a small store and just a few blocks from all the downtown restaurants. Easily walkable.

A full sized towel would have been helpful. However, I am sure I’d have gotten one had I asked.

Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – unhygienisch und nicht bewohnbar.

Leider nichts – die Unterkunft war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und entsprach in keiner Weise der Beschreibung.

Die Unterkunft war extrem dreckig. In den Zimmern lagen überall Staub, Dreck und sogar Müll. Die Möbel waren fleckig, das Waschbecken ungepflegt, und es liefen Insekten an den Wänden. Es war offensichtlich, dass vor unserer Ankunft nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Aus hygienischen Gründen haben wir uns entschieden, die Unterkunft sofort wieder zu verlassen.

Bazén, ktorý bol dostupný v podstate celý deň. Deťom to veľmi vyhovovalo

Je toho viac: - majiteľ sedel v ich terasovej časti a stále pil, alebo fajčil. Možno aj niečo iné. Sedel tam so svojimi kamarátmi a synom celé dni. Bolo to trochu blbé, ako keby si musel práve užívať peniaze, ktoré sme my dali za ubytovanie. - apartmán č. 2 bol so špinavým gaučom - apartmán č. 7 bol so špinavou podlahou v kúpeľni. Chýbali uteráky v oboch apartmánoch. Síce po opýtaní sme ich dostali, ale bolo to fakt zvláštne. Upratovanie celkovo nebola ich doména. Mohli by sa s čistotou viac pobaviť. Chceli sme si vymenit izbu za väčšiu. Apartmán č.7 za apartmán č. 1. Večer bolo povedané, že na druhy deň sa bude dať. Už druhy deň to neplatilo. Asi viete prečo. Viď text vyššie ako trávil hostiteľ čas. No neodporúčam ak chcete trochu čistoty a pohody. Inak to bolo jedno z lacnejších v tej dobe a v lokalite.
