Very nice 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor of our family house. The 130sqm large apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Ideal for 6-7 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, Refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, many pots, glasses. The living room has: satellite TV, air, CD and DVD player as well as Radio Free Wifi Internet connection. Parking and grill in the garden. The house is situated in a quiet part of Biograd only 300m from the beach.

Location was absolutely best. Walking distances to the beach and all the attractions in town. Owners were amazing people who cared very much for my family's stay.Very peaceful place. Will definitely recommend others and hoping to be back for visit- stay.

Confortable appartement. Very nice hosts. 20 min by foot from a beach with pine trees and shadow. Can t eat on the balcony too narrow and mosquitos. But inside the appartement IS very comfy. Vast and cosy.

Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Reklamationen wurden schnell beseitigt, es gab´s leckere Früchte als Bonus. Alles sauber. Wohnung kompl. ausgerüstet. Großer Balkon. Bäckerei um die Ecke. Sackgasse, ruhig und nicht so weit bis zum Strand. Leider zu weit zum Fahren, sonnst würden wir regelmäßig kommen. Danke an die Vermieter und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Dame des Hauses empfangen. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Haben sogar Feigen und frische Eier bekommen. Die Wohnung war ausreichend für drei Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Leider war es in einem der Schlafzimmer sehr heiß. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Vermieter wohnen auch mit im Haus was sehr von Vorteil ist. (Geheimtipps inklusive) Danke Adrijana!!

Nach einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung und für uns kühl gestellten Getränken haben wir uns auch weiterhin sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Räume in der Wohnung sind großzügig und alles hat funktioniert. Sehr geschätzt haben wir den Parkplatz im Schatten vor dem Haus, das im ruhigen Teil von Biograd liegt. So konnten wir entspannt unsere Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen und wurden von Adrijana und ihrer Familie mit guten Tipps unterstützt.

Wir (4 Personen) haben uns in der Wohnung von Adrijana sehr wohl gefühlt. Adrijana und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen mehr als ausreichend und umfassend ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir dass wir zwei Badezimmer hatten, die Dachterrasse zum Frühstücken und bei sehr hohen Aussentemperaturen die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, nicht weit von dem örtlichen Shoppincenter mit Supermarkt entfernt. Der Ort Biograd verfügt über zahlreiche Restaurants und bietet allgemein ein gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Großzügige Wohnung mit guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war alles sauber. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Kühlschrank ein Willkommensbier nach langer Fahrt unterstreicht das. Die kleine Schwäche: Die Matratzen könnten ausgetauscht werden. Für die Gastfreundlichkeit gibt es 5 Sterne.

Bereits zum 2. Mal durften wir uns in der schönen Ferienwohnung von Adrijana Niksa und Ihrer Familie erholen. Es war wieder Erholung von der ersten Minute an. Adrijana und ihre Familie sind sehr gastfreundlich und waren immer bemüht uns einen tollen Urlaub zu bieten. Jederzeit gab es ein nettes Wort und oft wurden wir mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten überrascht. Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber und ok. Küche und Wohnzimmer, Bad in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir hoffen, dass wir noch hier Urlaub machen können und dürfen. Ein Glücksfall für unsere Familie und nur zu empfehlen. Auf diesem Wege noch einmal Danke an Familie Niksa! 5 Sterne!!!

Mit einer befreundeten Familie haben wir die schöne Ferienwohnung von Adrijana und ihrer Familie bewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig bemessen, schön ausgestattet und in den heißen Nächten hat uns die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer abgekühlt. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung und das nebenan über einen Gang liegende Zimmer nebst gesondertem Bad genutzt. Dazu gehören 2 Balkons, auf denen man gemütlich sitzen kann. Internet für die Jugend gab es auch. Wir durften den Garten mit Grill, Katzen und Schildkröten mit nutzen und uns wie zu Hause fühlen. Die gesamte Gastgeberfamilie war super nett zu uns, beantwortete uns sämtliche Fragen und begrüßte und verabschiedete uns mit einem kleinen Umtrunk. Zwischendurch bekamen wir frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten und unsere Kinder wurden sehr liebevoll behandelt. Wir haben Adrijana und ihre Familie ins Herz geschlossen und würden am liebsten im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. With another family we have inhabited the nice apartment of Adrijana and her family and felt very comfortable. The apartment is generously sized, beautifully furnished and during the hot nights the air conditioning has cooled us in the living room. We used the apartment and a neighbored room with a separate bathroom. This includes 2 balconies where you can sit comfortably. Internet for youth was also available. We were allowed to use the garden with barbecue, cats and turtles and made ??us feel at home. The entire host family was super nice to us, answered all our questions and greeted us and said goodbye with a drink. In between, we got fresh vegetables from the garden and our children were treated very nicely. We have Adrijana and her family into our hearts and would like to come back the next year.
