Welcome to Waters Edge #212, your second-floor, waterfront condo retreat in Lincoln City! This one-bedroom, one-and-a-quarter-bath home offers amazing views of the Siletz Bay and the Oregon coast, creating a perfect backdrop for your beach vacation.
From the comfort of your living room, you can watch sea lions and seagulls play in the water. During the colder months, cozy up by the indoor fireplace for some dramatic winter storm watching. When the sun is out, the beach is ready for you to explore and enjoy.
This condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire condo, Waters Edge #212.
An elevator is available at the complex for your convenience. You have direct beach access right behind the building, putting you on the beautiful, sandy bayfront. A short walk to the west will lead you directly to the expansive ocean side.

Overall was good. Need to have a box or two of tissues in the condo. Liquid soap for bathroom or a soap dish to hold the bar of soap. In the pre-checkin email, specify the guest lock box is the top one if there are two code boxes showing. Make it more obvious which is the guest one. The hide a bed mattress is so worn out, very uncomfortable. Maybe just have an air mattress available.

Waters Edge condos are on the beautiful Siletz bay. The views from the condo are great. The condos are not new or really modern but they are kept up pretty good.

Great location, condos a little dated but the location makes up for that. we always bring a sharp knife, good cutting board and a good fry pan when we stay in condos.
