If you like spectacular ocean views and coastal fun, this 3rd floor bay front condo is the perfect choice; it has all the comforts of home and plenty of nearby attractions for your enjoyment! You'll love being steps away for a family-friendly beach and having 3rd floor panoramic bay and ocean views of the amazing, ever-changing landscape caused by incoming and outgoing tides. When it's time to relax, check out the birds and sea lions just outside your patio door, they will provide continuous entertainment.

You can walk to a variety of shops (including a grocery store), restaurants and local art galleries from your condo location on SW 51st Street in the popular Historic Taft District. Your close proximity to many visitor sights and activities gives family members of all ages options for enjoying a family vacation at the beach. Beach access is just steps to the bay beach and a 2-block walk along the sand or sidewalk to the ocean beach. The Chinook Winds Casino shuttle stop is nearby for a direct trip to the Casino.

Last minute booking for new years. Older and more aged than in pictures, but it worked for our last minute new years with family!

Cute and cozy. Absolutely no elevator- so you have to hull everything up several flights of stairs. View was beautiful and it was quiet, despite lots of people enjoying the bay. Queen pull out bed is a futon, absolutely hurts to sleep on, despite the provided egg crate, so be aware. No laundry- could have sworn the posted stated laundry. There is no cable unless you want only a few basic channels and want to fight to get tv to work. Lots of check out procedures that were a little demanding for the price we paid and lack of expectations. I count this as a VERY expensive hotel room with a kitchen. Parking provided, however if you have anything bigger than a car, if someone parks in the open spots behind your space, take your time backing out - it’s very very tight. Despite all this, location was perfect. Would definitely stay again on bottom floor WITH a unit that has laundry.
