Second bedroom with two double beds. Unit sleeps up to a total of eight including queen size pull-out sofa in vaulted living room/kitchen great-room and a dining room that seats eight for dinner. Wonderful property , close to the beach! The space was larger than I thought and nicely updated. Rod was great to work with, answers questions quickly and was genuinely interested in how we were enjoying our vacation. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Rod is an excellent host. If you need anything while you’re staying he is right there to help. The beach is within walking distance away. We played games on our rainy day and also did a puzzle. The place was very cozy. With 7 people the only slight challenge was having only one bathroom. We made due with it though. Would definitely stay again! Very nice, relaxing place to stay at! Thank you!

This property was perfect for us, the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils. The location was great for beach goers, especially when my daughter visited with two small children; she was able to go back & forth to property as needed. BBQ grill and yard was terrific. The only thing we missed was not having two bathrooms.
