Coliseum top floor with terrace and view

This is a fantastic, characterful apartment in a superb central location. We particularly enjoyed the AC (almost essential in the summer heat!) and the large balcony surrounded by beautiful plants. Michele/Mike is a real gem - friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again.

The only downside was the over-complicated digital/AI system for initial entry and information. The web page/app was unreliable, repeatedly logged us out, and sent us a large number of incorrect or irrelevant automated messages. Most worryingly, despite confirming our late arrival in advance, the access link failed after midnight and left us unable to get in (thankfully Mike helped us, even in the middle of the night). The digital side of this otherwise fantastic experience needs a serious rethink.

The location is incredible - Monti feels like a lived-in neighbourhood with actual Romans rather than just a tourist destination. Super close to the Cavour metro which saved us in the heat. Would stay here again.

Nothing not like - the check-in process was a little tricky but we got there eventually :)

Excellent location

We needed internet to access property !!!! Fortunately a young man in another apartment phoned for us after spending an hour trying to figure which apartment - what we got sent for access to the apartment was incomplete !!! - internet barely worked entire visit Nothing written for instructions all to accessed via an internet that didn’t function most of time . This unit is great location but unless you’re very tech savvy which we are not - can’t recommend ! -charged 36 euro on last evening tourist tax by owner ????
