Finding out after the booking was completed & paid for, that keys, bedding & towels had to be collected & returned to an office 20 mins away (40 mins round trip). When we have stayed before in a different apartment in the same block, the keys etc were handed over & collected at the property
Underground car park very difficult to maneuver
No AC nor hairdryer
Potential charge of £50 pp for lost pool wristband - seemed a bit excessive
