About this house rental

Quick description: 1st floor of a detached villa with garden - 93 m2
3 bedrooms including 1 master suite with shower, living-dining room, large kitchen, bathroom, balcony L with open views, parking.

Beautiful bright and ventilated apartment on the 1st floor of a house with garden.
The house is in a quiet dead end, with reserved parking space, 800 m from the beach. You park your car and everything is within walking distance in less than 5 minutes, bakery, carrefour market, McDonald's, restaurants, caterer, hairdresser ...
The apartment has a large balcony L, where you can enjoy your meals while enjoying an unobstructed view of the fort of Six-Fours.
The accommodation includes an air-conditioned living-dining room, a master suite with shower, washbasin and large closet, a second bedroom with double bed and large closet, a third bedroom with 2 single beds and large closet and a bathroom. water with shower cabin.
The garden awaits you, where you can play petanque, molki (we lend the games).
Many leisure activities nearby: Coudou Parc adventure park, Minotopia playground, Mediterranean gardens and park, the famous Lônes and Sanary markets, a stroll in Bandol, kayaking, sailing, paddle, towed buoys, parasailing in Sanary or Six Fours - the Brusc, Chronopolis Escape game, diving. The island of Embiez, Notre Dame du Mai and the peninsula of Gaou are to visit! We put brochures of the tourist office available.

Accommodation facilities: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, electric juicer, toaster, fridge, hob, tv, gas griddle, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker tassimo, crockery and cutlery of course, clothes rack, high chair for small child, duvets and pillows. Pétanque balls, molki, scrabble on request.

Modality and regulations:

Occupants maximum: 6, except for 1 extra child with a mattress on the floor.

Well behaved dogs are welcome: 50 euros the week to be paid on arrival.

Security deposit by check upon arrival that we do not cash and returned to the delivery of keys: 150 euros.

Final cleaning on request to be booked upon arrival: 80 euros.

Cancellations: reservations canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay can be reimbursed up to 100%. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay can be reimbursed up to 50%.

Had a great few of days here, just a quick stroll away from the beach and local amenities. Easy and straightforward communication with the owner and the manager. Paying to have the place cleaned after we'd left was good value, given the peace of mind and even if not cheap but if we'd wanted cheap, we'd have stayed at home! Accurate listing, charming and helpful property manager, really convenient spot, good restaurants nearby, lovely beach, great walks, all in all a delightful place to holiday. Recommended.

This property is situated in a convenient location. Walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, the beach and a bus service. The accommodation has 3 good sized bedrooms, enough storage and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a good size wrap around balcony. Below is some information that perspective renters may find useful which is not clear in the description at the time of our booking. * the accommodation is on the first floor above the person who manages it, only accessible via stairs. * air conditioning is only in the lounge, bedrooms have fans. The bedrooms were very warm making it difficult to sleep. * the listing says both French and English language, however, this was only for confirmation of the booking and when the owner had time to translate. Quick responses were in French, the lady who manages the property during your stay speaks no English, therefore, making communication difficult. * when your final payment is made/approx 1 week prior to arrival we received an email with the address and a ‘reminder’ to bring sheets, duvet covers, towels, pillowcases, dishclothes, tea towels. This is NOT clear in the description, if you are travelling by air please be aware, this makes a significant impact on your luggage. The email requests double the amount of security deposit than what is in the description, in cash! Be aware of making any constructive questions in relation to the above, the owner threatened to cancel our booking 3 times, you really don’t need the additional stress a week before a holiday you have been looking forward to. * upon arrival we were presented with an inventory, this was only in French. Due to the language barrier we did not sign this. An English version would be useful. * there is an option to pay for cleaning at the end of your stay we felt the amount was expensive, as we always do, we would leave the place clean. On departure the lady tried her hardest to find something, so came up with the dishwasher filter, the hair trap in the shower and a few water splashes on one mirror, then tried to charge us half of the cleaning fee. The place needs to be left immaculate * we arrived at midnight, the only consumable left was 1/4 toilet roll. You may want to consider taking some basics for the morning. Overall, this property did not meet my previous experience of booking holiday accommodation and felt very basic.
