About this apartment rental
Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a 12 m² living room facing south-east, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy the residence's shared garden. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 12 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and 8 m² loggia
- A fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room, including electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, air-fryer, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and TV
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, reversible fan, cordless hoover, two tennis rackets with balls, two LAFUMA deckchairs for the beach, two beach mats, two mini beach rackets with balls and two reversible DYSON fans.
Activities on the estate :
- A shared swimming pool at no extra charge (unheated, seating 120 people) and a baby paddling pool. Open from 1 May to 15 October, with lifeguard surveillance in July and August.
- Tennis court (fee payable)
- Domaine aquatic area (fee payable) open from 1 June to 15 September, with access to: Olympic-size swimming pool (supervised from July to August), jacuzzi (under-18s not permitted), children's slide, children's water games, swimming aids, etc.
- A garden shared with the residence

The apartment is ideally located in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, caterers, bars, a market, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office, and more.
Activities:
35-hectare wooded pine forest by the sea with walking trails around two large lakes, fitness trail, children's playground, pétanque courts, miniature golf, coastal path opposite the estate, “Mediterranean garden,” skate park, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rental, and “La maison du Cygne” art and classical music center.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park outside in the residence's private parking lot (one private space).
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Toulon train station 15 min away (14 km)
then bus no. 70, line “Toulon gare routière SNCF - Six fours Les plages,” then 1 km on foot towards “le domaine de la Coudoulière.”
- Marseille Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes (80 km)
- Bicycles: electric bikes available for rent 50 m away

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
