The location of this unit is wonderful, on the boardwalk N Rehoboth near the little lake. Two balconies. Lovely decor; true to photos. Adequate amounts quality dishwear , glasses and cookware. Communication good w host. We would visit again.

The balcony railing is rickety, so know that if you have small children. Otherwise, is a great place to stay right on the beach.

The property was clean and quiet. David was very personable and responsive.

Great location but could use a good cleaning. There was dog hair all over the rugs and dirty hand prints on the walls. And the outside door was very difficult to use the key.
It was a nice place but very dirty.
