There were a number of issues with this unit. Firstly, We arrived on Feb. 5, then did our shopping (Costco and Trader Joe's) on Feb. 6. On Feb. 7 I was looking for a toaster and when I opened the cupboard door it collapsed. I advised the owner immediately and she encouraged to me fix the cupboard door myself. I was unable to fix the hinge but I advised the owner if she wanted to have someone look at the cupboard door please just let me know the day and time. There was no response from the owner. The owner is blaming us for the issues with the cupboard door but this is not our fault it is her responsibility and a sensible and caring owner would be apologizing to us for the poorly constructed kitchen cabinets not blaming the guests. There was a lack of hot water, it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive hot water. The faucets were also reversed, hot water to the left in the kitchen and then to the right in the shower. This is very dangerous (if not illegal) and someone could be injured (burned) by this. This obviously needs a plumber's attention. The dishwasher did not dry properly. Whenever we used the dishwasher I had to dry the dishes by hand.. Cleanliness. We were staying for 17 days and I asked the owner if a "soft clean" was available during our stay. The owner said no. We own a time share in Hawaii where we stay for one month at a time. At that resort, we receive two "soft cleans" per week. Over 17 days, that would amount to 5 "soft cleans". Out of space.

The property was just as described with a wonderful front and back patio, a variety of pools to access and an easy drive from the airport, to downtown, and about an hour away from Joshua Tree National Park. Cindy was great to work with.

Lovely unit on lush well kept grounds. Convenient location. Condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Would stay there again

Great location and accommodations

The condo was very clean, quiet and well appointed. The location was very close but a drive to downtown Palm Springs. We would all gladly stay there again.

We had a great stay, the property is pretty and very well located. The grocery store is just around the corner and we really appreciated. it. The place is comfortable and well stocked. We had everything we needed. We had a little problem at our arrival with the doorhandle and Cindy got it fixed very quickly. Nice golf courses all around. We will be back!

Loved staying here. We already tried to rebook for next year but already booked. Definitely a return visit when available. Kitchen very well stocked. Just a wonderful place to vacation!!

Good Stay very nice Condo. Need front door fire ext. refilled. Put in bug zappers inside,small nats from grass get in house.

Nice clean condo with furnishings that met our expectations. Common grounds were green & lush and beautifully maintained. Numerous salt water pools & hot tubs throughout the property that were clean, & heated, with two being within a very short walking distance from unit. Beds comfortable, but our mobility challenged sister could not get into either bed due to their height and unfortunately had to sleep on sleeper sofa (which we were glad it had). TV in main room worked differently every time we used it, but had numerous channels which was a plus. TVs in both bedrooms did not work properly. Owner was responsive when I informed her, however the TV directions she referred us to were not for the TV brands in bedrooms and we were unable to make either operate. Overall nice condo, sun & shade patios were wonderful and I’d be pleased to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very well located and meticulously maintained. Our only issue was the inability to get the main TV to work after following all instructions to the letter. The host tried to help, but perhaps a prior guest had messed with the connections. Despite that, we highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at the Oasis Resort. The grounds are beautiful and the location is convenient to downtown Palm Springs and beautiful hikes such as Tahquitz Canyon and Murray Canyon. There is a grocery store that's within walking distance or only a couple of minutes by car. The condo has updated furnishings and the kitchen was stocked decently with cookware, etc. The supply of bath and pool towels was generous compared to other rentals we've used. Loved having laundry in the garage for cleaning up our dusty hiking clothes and use of the garage for our rental car. The pools are smallish, but since there are so many on the resort's grounds, one can always find a quiet one and choose shade or sun depending on one's desires. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would love to return!

Loved it .

On the good side the condo, grounds and pools were wonderful. We had many hours of pool fun. We enjoyed the privacy of the back patio/BBQ area and the sunshine in the front patio. Interior was roomy and served us well; husband, our daughter and husband and their 2 daughters. On the down side I spent the first day washing floors (our socks were black after 5 minutes), around toilets, baseboards, under beds, washed laundry area, dirty dishes in cupboard and cleaning various kitchen areas including the gross kitchen sink. In the master closet there was a strong odor like that of a litter box? Washed the entire area and it improved. In spite of these disappointing things and perhaps my standard of clean is above the norm, we did like where the condo was situated and would like to return if proper housekeeping can be performed. Thank you.

Spent a lot of time around the pools

Everything was as expected from online listing. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Plenty of kitchen supplies for light meals. Wish it had been warmer but still enjoyed the sun and sitting by the pool.

This property was absolutely perfect. Its beds were comfortable, we found everything we needed in the kitchen, and its furniture was comfortable. Cool in the heat of the day because it is surrounded by huge mature trees. We didn't even use the AC! The best part is that it was less than 30 seconds from one of the property's 8 swimming pools. I would recommend for families, a bunch of friends looking for a relaxing experience, or a couple's weekend.

We had a very nice stay at the Oasis. The unit had everything we needed to be comfortable and was quite private and quiet. The pool was heated so it stayed warm through the cool nights. The resort is well located to grocery stores and a quick drive to downtown or shopping districts and golf courses east in Desert Springs, La Quinta etc. Would return one day......

nice place for the weekend

Property was located with easy access to area restaurants, grocery stores and downtown. Multiple pools across the property was nice. Showering was a bit of a challenge - water never really got above warm and with 4 of us in the house who all tried showering on the same day once - ran out of warm water mid-way through person #3. Also, TVs were a problem. Could never get either of the bedroom TVs to work despite following provided instructions. Living Room TV worked fine first night but after that could never get it to come back on either. Overall comfortable place for our visit.

The condo is really nicely designed and laid out, with everything we needed. It’s centrally located as long as you have a car… short drives to everything. The pools are small (typical backyard-size) but there are 8 of them, so none were crowded. We were all adults (4) so the pools weren’t the main draw but something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with kids.

Great grounds and pools. Much prettier than other local gated communities. Front and back patios. Great location. Only 1 small garage and not really shaded street parking for a second car, but that was the only downside. Manager and everyone were very nice. Condo has been renovated with all the ammenities. I'd stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo, great unit at the Oasis. The pool is a 1-minute walk, the tennis courts are 10-minutes. Updated kitchen, and back patio were great to have. BBQ on the patio was a plus.

Recently updated property with tasteful upgrades and new appliances. Impeccable grounds with pool and tennis courts nearby. Owner is responsive and flexible. Definitely would stay again.

Our pre-visit communications got lost, but once we got into the unit, all was great. Very peaceful. We had the pool and the pickleball court to ourselves at this time of year.

This unit is as advertised. Lovely setting and furnishings. Property is impeccable and a great place to relax, walk or sit by the pool.

The Oasis property is one of the nicest in this area of Palm Springs with beautiful walking areas, and well manicured grounds. Condo #99 is very comfortable, clean, brightly lit and appointed with everything you might need. This entire property is quiet beyond belief. We will stay again.

Very comfortable condo. It had everything we needed and was just doors from the pool and spa. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This house was perfect for our stay of 3 nights. Very close to everything you need for enjoying Palm Springs. The house was very clean and very well organised for our trip ! Thank you.
