This property situated in the heart of Chelsea, one of the most fashionable areas of London. This property offers one bedroom apartments, all with en suite facilities, and a fully fitted kitchen. They have a living rooms with comfortable sofas and separate dining area.
Extensive facilities include weekly maid service, satellite and freeview TV, underground car parking (payable), beauty salon. Very well situated with underground, shops and restaurants nearby.
Facilities
Weekly maid cleaning towel and linen change provided.
We used to have daily maid service pre pandemic which has now changed to weekly maid service.
24-hour reception is also provided, and secure underground parking is also available at discounted rates. ), sofabed (for 1 adult - fee payable) in one bedroom apartments, fully equipped kitchens, satellite and freeview TV (50+ channels in 8 languages), WiFi (chargeable on site), switchboard operated phone service, 24 hour concierge and check in desk, 24 hour security and CCTV, 24 hour porterage, four lifts, safe deposit at lettings office, beauty salon, two renowned restaurants (Grill and Oriental), two fashionable bars, secure underground parking.

Please note that all apartments have standard sized double beds. There are no twin beds. Sofa beds in 1 bedroom apartments accommodate 1 adult.( sofa bed fee payable)

This is a residence which has several 1 bedroom apartments. All are furnished comfortably. We have multiple apartments. The photos represent cross section of the apartments available.
There is a 24 hour reception just like a hotel. No key collection charge keys can be collected at the reception. As we work with multiple units, we cannot feature all of the apartments.
If there is an issue with your apartment, you are welcomed to contact the reception (24 hours) to change your apartment as the residence have other same style apartment. ( if available)

We really enjoyed our stay at Chelsea Cloister, the staff was very nice, the flat was clean and well equipped. The only issue was the fact that I was not told ahead of time about the WiFi situation, and it not being included. It also would have been nice to have our big room clean (fresh bedding etc) done in the middle of our 8 day stay instead of on day 6. That didn’t really make much sense to me! Overall though it was a great spot and we had a wonderful time.

Good location allowing us to walk to the places we interested in. Sam at the front desk was amazing! He answered all our questions and gave us several tips on things to do. The only thing that could have been better was the hard mattresses. Those were the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on and that includes 2 years on a US Navy ship.

The unit was very clean, comfortable. The amenities were of good quality. South Kensington tube station was a short walk away and that connected us to wherever we wanted to go in London very easily
