About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful house in ESTEPONA. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
There is a communal swimming pool on site for your enjoyment in the summer.
Staying here also allows you access to the private garden.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player. A TV stick offers Netflix and Prime that you can access if you have subscriptions.
The house offers AIR CONDITIONING and MOSQUITO SCREENS on some windows.
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5.
In the first bedroom, you will find a very comfortable king size bed.
In the next bedroom, there is also a very comfortable king size bed.
The third bedroom contains a single bed.
There are 2 bathrooms plus a toilet/washroom downstairs.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Free parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- A pet is allowed at the property provided it is house trained.
- There is a cleaning fee of €20.
A guest registration form will be sent for completion upon booking in order to comply with the Spanish legislation, followed by a Welcome pack with full information.
