About this apartment rental
Situated in the heart of the Old Town the Grassmarket area changes with the differing hours of the days. From cosmopolitan cafe dining to a more lively night life area you will never be too far away from the action and places of interest to visit. All major tourist attractions within easy walking distance.
The apartment is on the third floor (top) and is cosy and warm. We do not accept stag/hen nights or large groups of party guests.

Lovely cute little flat. Everything clean and looked same as the pictures. However I feel we should have been warned about the three flights of tiny curved stone stairway to get up to the flat. Very hard to carry our luggage up and down! Other than that problem we had a nice stay.

The unit was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh; only complaint is the fire alarm battery died & started beeping at 3:00am

What a fantastic find, excellent location immaculately clean beautiful bed linen and towels. Couldn’t fault it. Only thing I would like to try three times to ring the owners three times no answer. Can’t say if I needed them in a hurry that I could get hold of them.But people have their own lives to live I get that.

The flat is beautiful and the location is great. However, behind the flat there is a large garbage and storage area used by the restaurants, which caused a lot of noise at night and kept us from sleeping on several occasions. The restaurant staff are also not very strict about keeping the gate locked, which led to people blocking the stairs and smoking and drinking in front of the entrance. This is not acceptable given the price paid for the flat. The check-in process was quite easy, although we had some trouble finding the parking spot with the map provided.
