The location was direct next to the ferry so we saved a lot of time when we arrived and leaved. The view was breathtaking and we could watch the sunset from the balcony. We had no troubles with parking and nearby was a shop.
The amount of stairs to get to the apartment is challenging but the view is actually worth every step.
