Lovely, good value simple seaside flat

The terrace looks directly into the neighbors parking lot. Cockroaches in the bathroom at night, but that is to be expected!

I would recommend this property for friends, couples, couples with kids for a relaxing vacation.

The owner was so nice, polite and really helpful. He sent video recordings on how to find the property, how to find the key, how to find the property's spot on the beach. When we arrived, he contacted us, and asked if we needed anything. We had cookies, water, juice, coffee at the property as a welcome gift. What I really appreciated was the homemade spices he had in the spice rack. The property had all the kitchen amenities we needed, then towels, coffee maker, microwave, gas stove with an owen, hot water all the time, air conditioning, wifi... Outside was a spacious terrace with an outside table and place to dry clothes. The owner installed the night lights before we arrived. The property is surrounded by small amount of houses, and it was quiet. It was right at the beginning of Prizba. The beach was the reason we picked out this property. It is a private beach shared with another house, but plenty of space and privacy. Owner Petar was incredibly helpful, he answered faster than Google, and recommended really nice beaches to visit. We also bought local wine and olive oil from him. I would recommend to buy wine at the beginning of the stay :D The convenience store was 2 minutes away by car, but I would not recommend it, since the prices are way inflated. The one in Blato was a supermarket with regular prices.

Very convenient location near the sea. A private beach, entrance to the sea from the ladder. Pleasant apartment with good air conditioning. Very good contact with the owners!

There could be more wall hangers in the apartment, but that's a small thing. Everything is great! :)

Stay away due to Health Hazard.

When we arrived, all was great. The hosts generously offered us some food gifts. They seemed to be great. We thought we hit the jackpot. They allowed an early arrival.. The place was spacious and close to the sea. The fridge was large, there was a microwave, furniture comfortable, and visually pleasing. Nice table outside, good dishes and plates,, new shower curtin, nice appliances, quiet nights.Then came problems. Because of the positives identified, I thought I would not rate this place since these problems were beyond hosts control. However they could have warned us about the issue prior to our arrival. The other huge issue should close that place for good.

There are some issues I would mention, but the greatest issue is so HUGE, that other things do not matter. The fist problem I mentioned before was the constant noise every single day for 11 days from around 7 15 in the morning to around 7 or 8 at evening, once even longer. There were two large construction sites, one next door. Also, the owner below, next door as well, used his power tools for hours. So the was pounding and drilling all the time from at least one place. June 1 is the date when all this must stop by the regulations, I checked it as well. The host intervened, but without any results. The host knew about the next door construction. Could have warmed me so I would have a choice: canceled or not. We had to run away every single day and stay out for hours to hide from the noise. We were lucky we found the place to escape. So unfortunately, We could not enjoy a quiet moment at the outside table in a lovely place. All this is dwarfed by the MOLD in the house. I noticed that paint fall off after a few days from a thickly pained wall in the kitchen. You can see it was pained over many. many times. After a two day rain, many large dark mold spots came out to surface. For me it was too late since it happened at the end of the stay. I would have run away from there. Last three days I stayed being ill and today , three day later, it's my sixth day. I am still very dizzy. I am a health freak, exercise every day, eat healthy, etc., never sick, but now I am. Checked medical sites and indeed it could be the mold that makes me sick. Can I prove i now? No. But I believe it is. Also, a place with mold is impossible to fix and it is a VERY SERIOUS health hazard. The rental place in no way should be opened for this reason. It is a shame that the owners have no honesty. It's all about money. This is a warning to everybody: STAY AWAY! Forget the noise, it will end one day, but the mold is there.

Pobyt był zdecydowanie udany. W apartamencie dostępne wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia typu ręczniki, talerze, czajnik itp. Dla gości dostępne były również leżaki na plażę, grill oraz prysznic zewnętrzny. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, zawsze odpisywał w kilka minut. Po przybyciu zastaliśmy miły prezent powitalny. Do morza mieliśmy kilka minut gdzie zastaliśmy czystą i ciepłą wodę. Miejsce parkingowe było dostępne przy apartamencie. W okolicy sporo restauracji oraz winnic. Zdecydowanie polecam jeśli ktoś chce odpocząć w spokojnej okolicy
