The location is excellent, right above the regional road and about 150 steps down to the sea. There are private concrete platforms used exclusively by the house, with plenty of shade, making them perfect for swimming and relaxing by the sea. The stairs can be a little tiring if you go up and down several times a day, especially for older people. The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms, one bathroom and an additional toilet. The terrace is excellent — large, comfortable and offering an open, beautiful view of the sea. There are, however, a few things that could be improved. The kitchen could be better equipped with more glasses, utensils and other basic items. A stronger air-conditioning system would also be helpful, as during very hot days it has difficulty cooling the entire apartment. Cleanliness was at a satisfactory level. Communication with the owner’s daughter, who was our main contact, could also be improved. Although she was occasionally at the property, we mainly communicated by messages, and sometimes the responses or reactions were a little delayed. Overall, it was a positive experience and we would definitely consider staying here again.
