La villetta è all'interno di un "residence" molto carino ed ha un ingresso ed un giardino indipendenti. Lo spazio esterno è eccezionale. Molto grande, abbastanza appartato e protetto dal vento. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Piscina ad uso comune dove in una settimana non ho visto un bagnante quindi è come avere una piscina privata. Tantissimi parcheggi in zona. Alcuni ristoranti ed un supermercato distano i linea d'aria non più di 1 km. Molto comodo! Prezzo della struttura adeguato.
Ho trovato la villa un pó buia. Purtroppo in un paio di occasini mi sono imbattuto con delle cucaracha in casa. Credo sia normale in questa zona ma non è stato piacevole.

Very clean and comfortable. Good, quiet location. Beautifully kept accommodation. Lovely to eat outdoors on fabulous patio. Not far from shops and restaurants using car.
Probably our mistake, but we didn't realise beforehand that we couldn't drive closer than 80m to the property, so it was a bit tricky to find it on the night we arrived. However, not a problem and lovely to be in a car-free area.

la villa marea est tres sympa et au calme au fond de playa blanca,la terrasse avec le barbecue et les grands sieges sous la pergola,la grande piscine au pied du volcan ,bonne literie,bref bien agreable

Nice and large garden terrace. Wall and roofed area protects from wind quite well. Helpful owner, delivered us a special request during very bad weather conditions. We appreciate that a lot!
Overall we enjoyed the stay.
Its a villa, but it is sharing a wall with neighbouring apartment. Neighbouring apartment also has a terracce on villa Mareas roof so if they use it, its super noisey. You can hear everything. No noise privacy at all, can hear neighbours bathroom activities. We were expecting privacy so this was super disappointing.
Although it is not critical, but i would suggest to freshen the place up a bit. New coat of paint, also some furniture looks worn.
We did not like provided sheets. Might be personal preference, but do not expect hotel quality.
