La casa está muy bien cuidada y muy completa. Cubertería, toallas, sábanas, piscina, terraza, barbacoa...
Sólo una pequeña pega: Una de la habitaciones da a la avenida principal de la urbanización, y se escucha ruido a la noche y a las mañanas de los coches que entran y salen.
