Die Lage ist gut
Das Haus ist ok, mit einigen Mängel bzw. nicht modern. Pool ist nicht ab gedeckt und immer kalt , ==> immer frisches kaltes Wasser hinzuläuft. Pooleinstieg mittels Leiter. Küchenausstattung sehr mager ....
