La scala di accesso esterna e’ separata da una rete provvisoria piuttosto brutta. Entrando si avvertiva un odore di umidità (probabilmente non ancora utilizzata a fondo al momento). Nel bagno odore di fogna risalente dalla piletta di scarico della doccia.
