Interesting hotel infrastructur concept, clean and modern, great food choice and quality
Limited active guest caring
Terrible busy breakfast atmosphere, little attention towards guests, feeling like a „number“ and not like a „guest“.
Dinner similar, all with huge stress and limited professionlism (with exeption of some good examples like Omar)

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s very convenient, located in a beautiful town. The room was lovely, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. We also really enjoyed the beautiful garden.

The service especially around the garden bar was perfect. The location generally but also the proximity to the village.
Air conditioning way short of standard. Wasps at the pool steps stopping people entering the pool
