Heerlijk balkon met mooi uitzicht, fijn huis om te verblijven als gezin met 2 jong volwassene die ook hun eigen weg willen gaan. 10 minuten lopen naar t stadje (bergaf en terug berg op- was voor ons prima te doen) en Collioure is n heel leuk gezellig stadje met leule strandjes.

Super location -> convenient for town centre, train station and D914 but secure and quiet. Can walk to shops/restaurants or town centre beach but equally only a few minutes drive to better beaches along the coast. Stunning view across the valley towards vineyards and viaduct. The property has all amenities you could need, but also very cosy and charming. Owner lives below so any questions can be quickly answered.
Property has shared access to a communal pool in the residential complex. Pool is very deep at one end so water is quite cold, even on a hot day. Also lots of rules so limited interest for kids, other than jumping in. Owner does not have credit card machine so make sure you do a wire transfer in advance or bring cash, if payment via website not working.
